We transitioned our fax system to ExtraFax during the past year. We have been very pleased with the ease of setup and how stable it has been. All of the config is done through a Notes database, which was a great improvement over our last fax solution. The transition was very smooth, converting over to the new software. The help screens and website directed us to our answers and the customer service was...and has been outstanding in helping with any questions we had. I highly recommend ExtraFax as a fax solution for your Lotus Domino environment.
